No bento activity today as the subject matter had a lunch meeting with his business partner. More prep. pics.
Yam cake: Glazed yam marinated with bread crumb, crashed walnuts, and thyme baked in oven.
These two look like they belong to each other. De-kooning and beansprouts with mustard seeds salad.
Tidal basin: Veggies nicely rested.

ReplyDelete1/2 yam - glzed. 1/2 bread crumb. 5 pieces Walnuts, crushed. Mix these and make it into a shape of cake (a size of plum.) Then cook in oven for 20-30 min. 350 - 400 heat. Add salt, rosemary, etc on the top of cakes... whatever available in the fridge.
