A small jar: chopped ginger in olive oil.
A large jar: lemon with sea salt to be left untouched for one month. Paid only $1 for 5 pieces of lemon.
Staub's la cocotte: Great kitchen equipment only costs approx. $100 on sale.
Destined to be a base for soup.
They will last several days in the refrigerator.
