1...Uniflame: Thanks for the post. This is so easy!<br />1/2 yam - glzed. 1/2 bread crumb. 5 pieces Walnuts, crushed. Mix these and make it into a shape of cake (a size of plum.) Then cook in oven for 20-30 min. 350 - 400 heat.
