Raw Avocado Formation Salad
1 avocado, not completely ripe
2 tiny paprika peppers (red and orange)
Caper, as you wish
1tbsp Lime or lemon juice
Salt and pepper, as you wish
1. Slice avocado and paprika peppers.
2. In a small bowl, place a plastic wrap. Create layers by place a few sliced avocado, peppers, caper, salt & pepper, a few drop of lemon / lime juice... repeat this exercise. Let it rest in a fridge for a few hours with something heavey on the top to press down the layers and promote formation.
3. Flip a bowl to place the stratum on a plate. Serve with dressing of your choice. I prefer olive oil combined with soy sauce, mexican hot sauce, or balsamic vinegar.
This recipe is good for healing dry skin and hair. Simple and natural. Nutrients are preserved as no heat-cooking involved.
