Smoked (?) Tofu in Hell's Kitchen
1. Marinate Tofu (400g) in Soy sauce and sake until the outer skin gets browned.
2. In a pot, place aluminum foil, then place any herbs available at the moment (lemon grass and rosemary in this case). Throw in some veggies (red & yellow peppers and onion) which will be roasted simultaneously.
3. On top of the pot, place a rack, then marinated Tofu.
Occasionally brush soy sauce and sake.
4. Present it with a flavor or your choice.
Yuzu flake and olive oil.
Korean hot sauce, sesame, and olive oil
Yuzu pepper, tomato, and olive oil.
